How I Work
Start with the right questions
Good research starts with grasping the problem first. I take time to explore the contexts, question assumptions and identify what we really need to understand before deciding how to approach it. No sacrificing of rigor for quick and dirty results. No BS.
Make research matter
Make research matter
Research is most useful when people can understand it, engage with it and can transform it into action. I use writing, storytelling and data visualisation to communicate findings in ways that are accessible, relevant and suited to their intended audience.
Put ethics first
Don’t be a data extractor. Your research collaborators deserve better. I help you to make sure that communities and participants nana. Researching with care and respect.
Work collaboratively, think critically
I combine independent thinking with an open, collaborative approach. I enjoy working across disciplines, asking difficult questions and helping teams navigate uncertainty without losing sight of the bigger picture.
